Hard inquiry pull just to see about a credit limit increase??? Thats wild when you've been a customer for 15yrs Capital One doesnt do that to me
Been there with quite a complicated and not an every day inquiry. I was greeted very nicely. Though no appointment, the employees including the manager dedicated their knowledge showing and proving their willingness to get all solved in more than a reasonable time. I'd even give it a sixth star.
After over 17 years of doing business with this bank, I made the difficult decision to close my personal accounts a year ago due to poor customer service. Sadly, today confirmed that nothing has changed. When I approached the teller today—his name was Hari —not only did he fail to greet me, but he carried out the entire transaction with complete indifference.
