Unable to get a branch in Cape Coral to answer the phone! Unable to schedule an appointment to get a document notarized. Went to branch apparently all of the bankers are notary. I would have scheduled an appointment instead I am waiting 3 deep!
Hard inquiry pull just to see about a credit limit increase??? Thats wild when you've been a customer for 15yrs Capital One doesnt do that to me
Been there with quite a complicated and not an every day inquiry. I was greeted very nicely. Though no appointment, the employees including the manager dedicated their knowledge showing and proving their willingness to get all solved in more than a reasonable time. I'd even give it a sixth star.
