Hand down worst bank I’ve ever dealt with!
They never answer the phone, literally Ever!
What a terrible branch. When i walked thru the door, the teller greeted me with feigned enthusiasm. Her facial expression told a different story than her artificially happy tone. I opened an account online a couple weeks ago, and the bank will not let me use my accounts without 2 forms of photo ID. The teller directed me to Felix for assistance, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. It was clear he is letting his home life affect his work life.
