After over 17 years of doing business with this bank, I made the difficult decision to close my personal accounts a year ago due to poor customer service. Sadly, today confirmed that nothing has changed. When I approached the teller today—his name was Hari —not only did he fail to greet me, but he carried out the entire transaction with complete indifference. I just like to say, I've been banking at this location for years and the employees are very professional and courteous.I recently had some financial needs done at this location and I must say the employee ( Beth) was very helpful and was very educated in my financial matters.I like to say Thank you for your help and support.Take care and God bless.
