I had the worst banking experience of my life! I suggest anyone looking to bank with Fifth Third look at any other bank. I deposited a $205K check on 6/6/25 and was told my funds would be available on 6/10/25. When they were unavailable on 6/10/25, I called and was told it now had a hold until the morning of 6/18/25. The check cleared the title company's account at Chase Bank on 6/6/25. I have provided proof showing it cleared. No evidence is good enough for 5/3. If i could give one thousand stars... I would. The banker I talked with to set up my accounts was knowledgeable and very friendly. Her name is Robyn, she is very great. To call her a banker is like calling Michaelangelo "a guy who paints". She is so much more than that and I can appreciate someone who takes so much pride in their work and ability to provide great customer care. I am a lifelong 5th 3rd customer thanks to Robyn.
Worst bank/branch I have ever dealt with. It has been one thing after another since I have opened my account a couple of years ago. I will NEVER work with 5/3 again.
This is the worse branch I have ever had to deal with. The manager the middle eastern looking woman gives me an attitude eveyrime I walk into the branch. Like she just has a problem with me for some reason. I jave reported her before and nothing has changed I wish I knew her name. If anyone can post that that would be very helpful.
