The “24/7” ATM access is horribly designed and never gets fixed. If you need to withdraw or deposit money on an evening or weekend just save yourself the time and head straight to Avon. The vestibule never actually unlocks. I don’t know how this is so hard to fix but clearly it’s a very complicated matter.

I had the worst banking experience of my life! I suggest anyone looking to bank with Fifth Third look at any other bank. I deposited a $205K check on 6/6/25 and was told my funds would be available on 6/10/25. When they were unavailable on 6/10/25, I called and was told it now had a hold until the morning of 6/18/25. The check cleared the title company's account at Chase Bank on 6/6/25. I have provided proof showing it cleared. No evidence is good enough for 5/3. If i could give one thousand stars... I would. The banker I talked with to set up my accounts was knowledgeable and very friendly. Her name is Robyn, she is very great. To call her a banker is like calling Michaelangelo "a guy who paints". She is so much more than that and I can appreciate someone who takes so much pride in their work and ability to provide great customer care. I am a lifelong 5th 3rd customer thanks to Robyn.
