Worst bank/branch I have ever dealt with. It has been one thing after another since I have opened my account a couple of years ago. I will NEVER work with 5/3 again.
This is the worse branch I have ever had to deal with. The manager the middle eastern looking woman gives me an attitude eveyrime I walk into the branch. Like she just has a problem with me for some reason. I jave reported her before and nothing has changed I wish I knew her name. If anyone can post that that would be very helpful. I don't knownif it's cause I am young and black or what but she gives me a hard time on the most minimal things. Too many to go over on this post. One star because you can’t get to the ATM after 11 or 11:30pm. Maybe even earlier than that.
wish the atm were 24 hours, super inconvenient that it closes at 5 with the rest of the bank, otherwise no complaints
