They have gone above and beyond for us on a few occasions. Always friendly and helpful.
Michelle is the best there is. We live out of state now but 5/3rd is still our bank in Avon Lake due to her outstanding customer service. She goes the extra mile with follow up. One year later.... Michelle once again went above and beyond. Fantastic customer service which is very hard to find these days.
Very rude bank teller. I miscounted money I was to deposit and was treated like I was stupid Update: went to close my account here. Was greeted once again with a very unpleasant lady. Please for the love of god do not bank here at this location
They block their drive through ATM with an orange cone for whatever reason. Then yell at you if you stop to use it. The ATM is fully functional and loaded with cash. If you don’t want people to use it, turn it off, and put up signage. Yelling at people for trying to get cash out of their own accounts accomplishes nothing. Turn the ATM off or remove it if you don’t want people to use it.
