Have a business account with 5/3. The teller charged me 20.00 twice for cashiers checks and when my statement came out it was another charge for the same amount and when I called they said they would reverse the charge but 5/3 has more hidden charges and fees for every transaction. You can’t even withdraw money from your savings account without experiencing fees. Do not bank with them!!!! Quality of professionalism and customer service very high. Friendly staff is a welcome plus.
