Mitchell Collins was fantastic helping me open a checking account. Everything was smooth, quick, and very friendly.
I wanted to close my bank account but don't have a good reason. So I am quite shy to do so. However, when I came to this site and found their service is poor and slow, I had the reason! Yes! because of your terrible service!!!! You asked for it!
Literally a terrible bank. Won't reverse your service charge after you've tried closing the account via private message center. Also not that great of interest rates on loans. S Nasty sassy customer service, too.
