This location is always having issues whether it's trying to talk to a banker or the atm is always having issues . They need to improve or relocate
I stopped in today to make a withdrawal. The location was very clean. The staff were very polite. Especially the Teller Stanley, he was very friendly, quick at his job, and an overall pleasure to work with. I will be coming to this bank more often.
I’d like to start by saying that since COVID, the level of customer service at this branch has significantly declined. What happened to good customer service? Every time we come into this bank, there is an excessive wait. Even simple transactions turn into long, drawn-out processes. Today, we came in to complete a transfer—something we have done before at other locations without any issues. The branch manager was standing at the teller counter and asked us to take a seat. never enough tellers on hand
Awful bank. Refuse to work with veterans. Tried to get information changed and the lady said I had to come in person then hung up on me. After years of dealing with this garbage I’m closing my account with the dumbest bank known to man.
