I wish I could give this bank negative stars. I'm a very experienced Realtor and have worked with many lenders across the nation. THIS IS THE WORST LENDER I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. Worst customer service... always under staffed.
The service here today was absolutely terrible! The lady at the counter wasn’t friendly. I asked to speak with a manager and his attitude was even worst. He never introduced himself nor gave me his name. I will never do business at this brand again!
