Worked with this bank for a few years ago as a PTA treasurer. They were always helpful and friendly. Today, I called and stopped in to ask about a money exchange, they answered quickly and the exchange was easy.
This location is always having issues whether it's trying to talk to a banker or the atm is always having issues . They need to improve or relocate
I stopped in today to make a withdrawal. The location was very clean. The staff were very polite. Especially the Teller Stanley, he was very friendly, quick at his job, and an overall pleasure to work with. I will be coming to this bank more often.
I’d like to start by saying that since COVID, the level of customer service at this branch has significantly declined. What happened to good customer service? Every time we come into this bank, there is an excessive wait. Even simple transactions turn into long, drawn-out processes.
