Very strict and unreasonable underwriting guidelines. Very disappointing. I would stay away from loans from this bank.
Poor customer support for small business. They will take 3-4 weeks to tell you nothing and deny your application. Kellogg Community Credit Union approved our business loan in 6 hours with great customer support and service.
