Im in line at the window at 4:59 to pull money because there ATM never works and the guy at the window goes sorry were closed and i said well your ATM is down I need money and goes sorry were closed, it would of taken 1 min to get me the money I needed. Do better fifth third even tho it was one min before closing i should of been helped.
Need to post that the branch is closed for us out of town people. Drove all the way there from the peninsula to find closed for remodeling!!! Not happy.
It really should be no star for this business. They do too many last minute decisions and actions, and without notice or call and leaving you to rushing around like a headless chicken. I feel sorry for any poor soul who chooses this bank.
The only 5th Third branch in michigan my card won’t work on. Good job!
