They hung up everytime you call them. After long 20 mins call.
No customer service respect at all. A request is a recommendation for them, call them 3 times to get a response. Keep calling until the request forums are filled out!!! Any loan agreement get refinanced as soon as possible!!!!!!!!
Absolute headache of a bank to work with. Only have an auto loan through them and it's like they don't want me to give them my money... or somehow profit off of fees due to missed payments. My password has stopped working twice in the last 3 months, WITHOUT ME CHANGING IT, and I have been in back and forth phone calls for the last 3 weeks because every time I call in they say the issue is fixed. And then guess what, it's not fixed and I have to call in again and waste another hour waiting.
These guys are horrible!
Worst customer service ever. Can't even set up an online account to pay my loan.
