Highly recommend!
I lived here for two years and had a wonderful experience. The units are well-built and very spacious for a one-bedroom. From a customer service standpoint, Josh was fantastic. He was a helpful resource and always responded in a timely manner. Maintenance requests were also handled promptly, and I felt extremely safe living here. While the transition to Greystar was a little bumpy, I got the sense that this was an issue with the corporate transition rather than the onsite management team.
Love living at Fifth Street Place. Office staff and Maintenance are always great and helpful when needed. I have lived here for 7 years and couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home!
I am a second time tenant at 5th Street Place. I really like it here. The office staff are great. When I moved back the original apartment I rented wasn’t exactly what I wanted. They were quick to make it right without hesitation. The maintenance crew is responsive and helpful. Friendly neighbors and lots of dogs to meet!
My move in experience was such a positive one because of Josh and Amy! Special shout out to Josh who handled my first tour and the paper work on move in day! Love my new apartment and community. Highly recommend moving here!
