Stay away. I lived here for a couple years and it was great for a while. After they got bought out by Greystar things went downhill. Our rent increased exponentially every year forcing us to move out, repairs were lazy and cheap, and the entire complex reeks of marijuana. We had an issue with one of our kitchen cabinets, it literally fell apart in my hand. We got someone to repair it and they didn't do it correctly. Highly recommend!
I lived here for two years and had a wonderful experience. The units are well-built and very spacious for a one-bedroom. From a customer service standpoint, Josh was fantastic. He was a helpful resource and always responded in a timely manner. Maintenance requests were also handled promptly, and I felt extremely safe living here. While the transition to Greystar was a little bumpy, I got the sense that this was an issue with the corporate transition rather than the onsite management team.
Love living at Fifth Street Place. Office staff and Maintenance are always great and helpful when needed. I have lived here for 7 years and couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home!
