I have just moved out of state, and am overall happy with 5th St Place being my home for the last 3 years. I wanted to leave a detailed review to help anyone looking for a good apartment complex to move to. Apartment/Home I rented a 1 bedroom (A1E plan on a 3rd floor) and overall found it to be a safe, comfortable, and reliable home. I live there for a whole year. My suggestion is choose somewhere else. Trash fee is incredibly high. Water fee is the average of the whole building. That being said, even you don’t use lot of water, you still need to pay quite amount of the water fee. Maintenance people not friendly. Think twice before you choose this place.
From the moment I arrived the entire staff made me feel at home immediately to the thoughtful welcome gift bag to the stunning ammenities that this complex has to offer - this is the nicest apartment community I have ever seen. If I could give it more than five stars I would!!
We LOVE everything about 5th Street Place but the rent price. We’re moving from middle Georgia where rent prices are not nearly as high - but, there is not one thing I can do to change that, so it is what it is! We love the place and very eagerly anticipate moving there, likely late July👏🏻
Cat friendly. Clean. Apartments are clean, but unfurnished (so, make sure you take that into account!). Maintenance and management is prompt. I have no complaints. My apartment is beautiful. The water is hot. My guests can come and go as they please without the annoyances of parking… it really feels like a home more than an apartment.
