I cannot say enough good things about this office. The front end staff are friendly and efficient and always make me feel welcome. I’ve witnessed them having to deal with frantic and frustrated patients and the staff is always professional and clear in their communication, even when they are having a particularly difficult day themselves. I was lucky enough to be assigned to Dr. Andrew Kelly thought the health gateway after moving to the Comox Valley. He has been incredibly supportive and effective in assisting me with my health challenges. He’s empathetic, knowledgeable, and judgment-free. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor.
Omg Janet Green was and probably is the most amazing Doctor. She was my family doctor.She helped me thru the loss of a child thru pregnancy and delivered my next one who is now 35. She was the best friend when you needed one. You absolutely rock Janet. I moved to Victoria where Dr. Naaykens was my Doctor there also from 5th street Family. Another amazing Doctor.
