Exceptional service. Whenever there is a problem i have gotten information from the concierge staff Maintenance staff and the managers, they are all on the same page. Orien Ann Kelsie Lisa John George, have all been knowledgeable and helpful so far at my time. The staff make the building a great place to call home. I’m looking forward to my years at Fifth and Poplar.
I love 5th & Poplar Condos. Having lived here the past couple of years I have zero complaints. Perfect location in 4th ward. There is nothing missing here complete w/ 24/7 concierge, pool, library, workout weight room, dog park, outdoor fireplace terrace, media room, security, coffee bar, cyber cafe & a Harris Teeter, nail salon, dry cleaners all downstairs. Convenience & walkability a plus.
Great place and cannot beat having grocery store in the basement. Have owned since 2007!
Moved here recently and Ann and George have been very helpful with everything. Great management team!
