Our sewer lift pump alarm went off indicating the pump had stopped working. This was a big problem as we couldn't use the toilets, laundry, showers, and sinks. Kalen showed up same day, diagnosed and repaired our sewer lift pump. Float switch had failed - pump motor was fine. Fast honest service and a fair price. I highly recommend Kalen and Fifth Generation Plumbing.
