Awesome family... my puppy was able to get out of the truck and play with the families' golden retrievers. Although I have to give warning ⚠️. After I pulled out of the facility, I let my puppy out one last time to go on the entrance ramp outside the facility. She got nailed by a scorpion.
Poor human values, I checked in on time, but I let them know about a personal emergency. Just an hour after the appointment, they preferred to say NO. Humanity, compassion doesn't exist here. Maybe it will be better when robot trucks come. But you will always be human.

Pretty decent. Look at other users posts of where to go it's easy. There are a million security people around have id, license plate number, phone and everything. Trailer must be clean and no smell they will end you away. They said you can stay night before pickup and night after if needed. I don't know if it's worth coming early. My appointment was 1000 and I received a text for a door at 1000 maybe coincidence. 4 stars because y'all need to get a scale here.
