Casey is very busy, I understand him wanting to just get to business. I have not got back my pontoon, but taking on the phone, he is VERY knowledgeable. I will repost after boats in water. He is a family man, so he does have a life outside his shop which is right at his house. So his work never leaves him. Like I said ,I will post back. First impression, he is smart and a hard worker. Got my Polaris back and it would NOT start.....paying over $500.00 on it , it should be in great shape, start immediately.....can I trust their work, is mechanic have a certificate, plus I am handicapped, in a wheel chair......I was NOT HAPPY !!!!!!
No stars. Just none. Only has one because it freaking makes me to post this. This place has, over the course of several visits in as many years, provided rudeness, inaccuracy, condescension and just proven to be an utterly incompetent place to do business, unless you want to barf up a bunch of money on something brand new and overpriced. If there was ANY other shop in town, this ridiculous joke of an establishment would be out of business and people should order online rather than feed these idiots.

I own Clear Lake Resort here in West Branch - We have 8 Pontoon Boats and 3 Fishing Boats. There is no question where I take them for service and storage. These guys know what they are doing!
