Absolutely horrible for pet owner tenants. There is this horrible real estate practice where people list condos as Pets Friendly only to attract pet owners and pass the filters and then try to coerce them to abandon their pets to move into the home. Even their HOA policy at this building only allows pets for owners but not tenants. So these listings are false advertising and leave prospective tenants in a really tough spot: abandon their four legged family member or be homeless since they only tell you after the facts.
