Honestly, Bedi is the worst doctor ever. I was having symptoms, resembling thyroid issues, he only checks TSH. TSH came back fine, what he didn't check was other markers such as TPO and other related thyroid issues. My naturapath had to request these markers to be tested, and it was found i have autoimmune activity. If I listened to Bedi everything would be fine while in reality my thyroid is being attacked. Just called this office to inquire about them possibly having old records from a doctor that used to work there and has since retired. The reception was very rude from the start, just saying that they are in a different unit. When I asked if she knew who I could reach out to, she bluntly stated, “I don’t know how you expect us to help you”.
So appreciative of the care and compassion shown by Dr. Bedi. The front staff were friendly and helpful, the clinic was clean and my overall experience was wonderful.
