Fifth Avenue EyeCare ranks as the worst medical service experience I have ever had. Be prepared to wait at least an hour if not much more unless you are the first appointment of the day. My last visit (and it will be the last) was to get my eyes tested for a new prescription. At the end of the testing by Dr. Rosenthal, he informed me that he didn't have time to write the prescription as he had to leave. But he assured me that he would send it via email the next day.
