One of the worst car service. Extremely rude n wants pack people into their car even though they are suppose to take one passenger at a time. Don't sign for the trip until it's finished. In fact use another car service your health depends on it.

I've been with them for 4 years and take their cabs 4 times a week. The only thing keeping me is their friendly drivers and relatively new cars. Dispatcher is horrible and constantly gives you disrespect and logistic problems. I've gotten used to having to wait 20~80 minutes but I'm personal friends with most of the drivers. One driver in particular is incompetent and almost gets into accidents and or lost every trip and needs to shower more regularly. I wear my seatbelt for him. Second time I use Car Limo (and app Carmel for ios) in NY. always with good service. but I must enclose the last driver very nice Mr Jiancang very much enjoyed.
