We ordered a dress in April 2023 it was suppose to be here this month and we can't reach Julia. She isn't answering any calls, text or emails. I've talked to some people that worked with her and they say she is out of business. So now we have no wedding dress and no time to order a new one. We are trying to contact the designer but aren't having much luck. This women stole our money!!

This place was amazing! I had gone to 3 other bridal shops and just was not happy with dresses I tried on. We walked into Julia's shop and I immediately found the one! She still had me try on a couple more but I knew it was the one. She took all my measurements and ordered the dress and veil. Even with delayed shipping times my dress still got here in time because she put a rush on it. She was very easy to communicate with and always got right back to me when I had any questions.
I wish I didn’t have to give any stars, because dealing with Julia Barney was a nightmare. I went with my future daughter-in-law in December of 2022 to shop for her wedding gown. She ordered her dress and paid for it in full. We were assured that she could contact Julia at any time to find out the status of her order. She waited until May of 2023 to check on the dress and Julia did not respond to her emails, texts or phone calls. I am not the most satisfied with my experience here but I will give my pros and cons Pros: The shop is really nice with a selection of beautiful dresses you can not find elsewhere. Julia sold me the dress of the rack to meet my budget (albeit after putting me in a dress that I fell in love with over budget). As a COVID bride my wedding kept getting canceled and rescheduled and Julia did store my dress for 2 years.
