Silvana and Nonna Maria were fantastic hosts! We booked a group of six for a special pizza and pasta-making class to celebrate a 50th birthday, and the afternoon was absolutely wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of the experience, and sitting down to share the meal together was definitely a highlight. Silvana and Nonna Maria are excellent teachers and great company. Highly recommend spending an afternoon with them!
My dad took my daughter along for a “pasta making” class they both had a fantastic time. Lunch was enjoying the rewards from their hard work. My daughter (8) said it was the nicest pasta and sauce ever! Thanks Silvana
Away from home, yet it feels like home — a place thoughtfully designed to bring holiday comfort in simplicity, with a touch of sophistication. Perfectly located near the Mini Ha Ha waterfalls and other Blue Mountains attractions. The cooking classes are amazing, capturing the true Italian spirit of making pasta from scratch with fresh garden produce, blended with the traditional countryside aromas. I would happily come back anytime. Thank you!
What a beautiful few hours I had learning how to make gnocchi. The easy, hands on, relaxed atmosphere was perfect and the clear instruction from Silvana has given me the confidence to try the recipe on my own. To finish the day with a gorgeous lunch made from home grown ingredients and shared with family was the icing on the cake. I felt I was back in Italy! Thank you
