The office was honestly a little hard to find. It really needs a clear sign that actually says “Office” because I passed it at first. Check-in was smooth though. There’s a $100 deposit, but I came prepared so it was no issue. The front desk lady was really nice and made the process easy. Parking is fine. Free parking, you get a parking pass. The parking lot is tight though. Especially when the hotel is full, the parking spots are a bit tight to get in and out of. When checking in 2 employees was there 1 was training & had a attitude like she couldn’t talk or smile I was very friendly wonted to cancel room but was allready paid for with no refund no elevator towels had stains on them wasn’t clean and they only give u new towels every 2 days bought my own won’t stay there again not friendly

Stayed for one night. Things were okay. The room didn’t have any heat. And it got cold at night when it was 50 degrees. Hot water lasted about 10 mins. Not enough for even 2 people. Dead battery’s in TV. Hair and stuff in bed. It was cleaned tho, and wasn’t horrible. But definitely could use some improvements. Expect to hear all the noise from the strip as well. Great budget friendly option. Rooms were clean, but sparse. Bring your own hair dryer. Bed was on the firmer side and pillows were very soft. Just fyi. Also no working ice machine on the property. Location right on the strip and walkable to many things. There are some abandoned and boarded up motels a block or so down, but during the day it wasn't too sketchy.
