I lived here this past year and any problem I ever had LaShonda Ruiz, the apartment complex manager, always took care of it she knew exactly how to help and there was never a problem she didn’t know how to fix! She is outstanding!
I cant understand the negative Reviews here. We live there since 3 Month. We haven't any problems and Maintance is coming out on the same Day we need someone. They always helpful and the Pool always clean. We live there as a Family & we haven't any issues. The rooms are not big but enough for us. We got new kitchen appliances when we moved in and everything was fresh made. If yall need something calm & peaceful u have it there for sure.
My boyfriend and I toured this apartment complex and loved the 2x2. We were told during our tour that they can only hold an apartment for 30 days. We toured in April and were told to apply and put the deposit down in May since we were looking to move in at the end of June. My boyfriend expressed concern over there not being a 2x2 at that time and they told us not to worry about it and they were sure there would be one available at that time. If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved my son in there a few years ago. First off, the complex is NOT safe. The apartment below him was raided by the police. His apartment was on the 2nd floor and there was a hole on the floor going to the apartment below(the one that was raided) the pics show a beautiful basketball court. That’s comical. I never saw that court with out broken glass all over it. Cars being broken into is a normal. Packages being stolen is a normal. Roaches all over. Constant management changes. They have a HUGE roach problem and they didn’t do anything to help get rid of them!
