My boyfriend and I toured this apartment complex and loved the 2x2. We were told during our tour that they can only hold an apartment for 30 days. We toured in April and were told to apply and put the deposit down in May since we were looking to move in at the end of June. My boyfriend expressed concern over there not being a 2x2 at that time and they told us not to worry about it and they were sure there would be one available at that time. If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved my son in there a few years ago. First off, the complex is NOT safe. The apartment below him was raided by the police. His apartment was on the 2nd floor and there was a hole on the floor going to the apartment below(the one that was raided) the pics show a beautiful basketball court. That’s comical. I never saw that court with out broken glass all over it. Cars being broken into is a normal. Packages being stolen is a normal. Roaches all over. Constant management changes. They have a HUGE roach problem and they didn’t do anything to help get rid of them!
Fifteen12 at Bryan is a great place to live! The apartment complex is well-maintained and clean, and the manager, LaShonda, is excellent. She is incredibly nice and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. Terrible apartment , terrible place. But made some good friends there when I was in school. At the time it was mainly college kids . Don’t know what’s happened since 2019 tho.
