I own a small restaurant, and have used these products for about 7 years. I can NOT recommend them enough!! The fifo bottles and the portion pal devices are AWESOME! they have saved me so much money 💵 over the years. Only recommendation I have is, can you please figure out a way to keep my dishwashers, and servers to stop throwing the lids away...? 😜 😜. Seriously though, if you are even slightly considering using these, JUST DO IT ALREADY!
I also ordered 6 fifo bottles on Amazon which were to include the yellow valves. None were included in my order. After dealing with the "assistant" on line with Amazon with no resolution or ability to interact with the seller, I reached out to Fifo directly. I received a quick response from Jesslyn who expertly navigated me through to resolution. She remained in contact with me, updating me as we moved forward. I recently received a Portion Pal 2.0 kit. The new handle design is a massive improvement over the old one, which I had been using faithfully for about ten years. With the new design the portion pal will now flawlessly work with thick sauces or sauces that thicken under pressure like sour cream. Their customer service is honest and fast and they go out of their way to help if you've had an issue with an order.
