I recently received a Portion Pal 2.0 kit. The new handle design is a massive improvement over the old one, which I had been using faithfully for about ten years. With the new design the portion pal will now flawlessly work with thick sauces or sauces that thicken under pressure like sour cream. I am an artist who needs squirt bottles. But I am picky, as a serious artist. I found FIFO bottles and had questions. I was fortunate enough to have a wonderful sales rep named Jesslyn respond. She answered all my questions within a day of my query. She was knowledgeable and has GREAT people skills. Whoever hired her deserves applause. I highly recommend FIFO bottles, and Jesslyn is a big part of that recommendation.
Had a small shipping but was handled professionally and immediately when I called. I spoke to Olivia and she was very courteous and handled my issue so politely.
I bought 6 FIFO bottles from Amazon. 3 of them were defective and when I went through the Amazon process of rectifying the problem, they led me to FIFO Innovations website. I contacted FIFO Innovations and after some investigating found that the bottles were not made by this company but another.
