Had a small shipping but was handled professionally and immediately when I called. I spoke to Olivia and she was very courteous and handled my issue so politely.
I bought 6 FIFO bottles from Amazon. 3 of them were defective and when I went through the Amazon process of rectifying the problem, they led me to FIFO Innovations website. I contacted FIFO Innovations and after some investigating found that the bottles were not made by this company but another. This company jumped to our rescue during the few days counting down to our Church Festival! I spoke to Harjit in customer service and he was SOOOOOO helpful! I rate him 10 out of 10!
