AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I was a walk-in at 10:15. My stylist finished two clients, washed my hair THOROUGHLY, and had me out of the salon by 12:45. If you want fast, QUALITY, NICE customer service, make y'all way HERE!

I would not return to Fifi Braiding Salon and would not recommend them to others based on my experience with their pricing, communication, and lack of accountability. I first came into the salon on Friday, 8/28 specifically to ask what it would cost to braid down my hair and add extensions to my existing partial sew-in. Suny looked at my hair in person, saw exactly what was already installed and what still needed to be done, and quoted me $65 to wash, style, and complete the sew-in. Valerie is an incredibly talented and invaluable stylist! She did my hair exactly how I hoped, in such a beautiful way. I am extremely disappointed by my experience at this salon and the level of unprofessionalism I encountered. I booked an appointment for knotless boho feed-in braids and clearly explained that I wanted them to be lightweight, with minimal hair added so they would be comfortable and easy to wear in a ponytail. While my hair was being braided, I noticed the technique didn’t look like knotless braids, so I asked the stylist if she was doing knotless. She told me no. This is my regular salon and I like to have Maria or Sunny do my hair . They are both very fast and very efficient at their job . They are lovely women with great personalities and amazing skills.
