They are over priced on everything. They over charge and miss charge poeple all the time. It's no longer a small town hardware. Once again they wasted my time should just drive to kalkaska!!!! Seam like they don't have it or they're out of it. Every time I go there they waist my time. Tina was the best. Gill Roy's you suck !!! Over staffed with lazy kids...
No one in the store knows anything about automotive parts. I have been a customer for over 30 years and this store is no longer customer friendly. Everything is over priced and the staff doesn't know what they have in the store
