We rented items for the baby shower and were charged with delivery fees. Although we decided to pick up the items we had to argue a long time to get the reimbursement of the delivery fees (200$). The person we found was so rude and disrespectful. We ended up getting our money back after coming back a second time to argue our case. The customer service is horrible. I really hope they improve their communication with clients and that they take the time to provide good after rental service.
