Had an appointment to replace my rear brake pads today as recommended and given a printed quote from the dealership at my last oil change. Arrived before the appointment to drop off my vehicle to be informed that they actually misquoted and it would not be $200 but actually closer to $500 as they forgot to add their service charges. The dealership would not honor their own quote and offered no explanation or apology.
They are very accommodating, had to take my car in to get a few things repaired under warranty and they provided me with a loaner car while they completed the work.
Bought a few vehicles over the years from this location and I have to say it’s easy, fast and these people are competent!!!
