Really unprofessional and disinterested staff. I have a Crosstrek and made an appointment to take a look at one of their electric Crosstreks. The salesman barely spoke during my test drive and kept giving me really uncomfortable vibes like he was thoroughly annoyed with having to be there. I asked basic questions about the vehicle and he had no info at all. I was so uncomfortable that I decided to cut the test drive short & u-turned back to the dealership. Taylor and Adam made my emergency purchase of crossbars for an upcoming work trip actually enjoyable instead of stressful. I wasn't expecting to spend the money, but with Fiesta's online coupon, I even got 15% off. 5-stat customer service and part quality.
I think an hour for an oil change is a bit much, but no big deal. Nice waiting area with TV, comfortable chairs, sofas, and ONI the cat.
