He showed up When we were in the pool. We had him to check the water and could just clean next week. Super friendly always nice.
A+ service. Fast and was able to answer several questions.
We are very happy with Poolie, and our tech Scott. Our Pool look its best again, and he is also very approachable, and nice whenever we need any clarification.
Our pool has been green all year. We used the pool once since summer started, the rest of the time, the pool looks like this (see photo). Cancelled our 4th of July plans because of this.
Service was horrible! Pool not clean, algae in hot tub, dumped leaves out of skimmer basket on the concrete next to pool, left cleaning equipment out. I've had trouble with Poolie Services continuously, have complained multiple times with very little or no improvement.
