I’ve been calling them since Monday about my vehicle nobody is answering the phone. Not one single call to let me know what’s going on with my vehicle!! I’m so frustrated! I’ve only had the car going on 3 weeks . Does anyone have a good number ?
They sold the service center back in May and TOLD NONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. Now if you have an issue with your vehicle, you gotta figure it out by yourself.
This shop has absolutely no clue on how to correctly fix your vehicle you will have to bring your vehicle here numerous times for them to improperly fix it. You will have to go back and forward between the service management upper management as well as your manager to still get nothing done on your vehicle. The reviews speak for themselves this company is not worth the time or the money because it's going to be hectic and chaotic to get out of the vehicle that they put you in that that will not last.
