This shop has absolutely no clue on how to correctly fix your vehicle you will have to bring your vehicle here numerous times for them to improperly fix it. You will have to go back and forward between the service management upper management as well as your manager to still get nothing done on your vehicle. The reviews speak for themselves this company is not worth the time or the money because it's going to be hectic and chaotic to get out of the vehicle that they put you in that that will not last. They seem like they just doing just enough to keep you coming back this place is not right and when you complain all they say is well it is a used car
Teresa was awesome... she answered all my questions and made sure the number was correct to let us know about the vehicle's status... She also scheduled a ride home with Joe who was so friendly ... thanks to Teresa and Joe.
