Benjamin was genuinely concerned about getting my issue resolved. I trusted him to answer all my questions.
Benjamin listened to my concerns and checked out my issue in addition to the services I requested. When they found out what was causing the problem, they worked with Kia to see if there was a bulletin out for the problem and then replaced the parts under warranty at no cost for me. I was very pleased with the service. In addition they washed my car which had been on a road trip and desperately needed to be cleaned. Great job, thank you!
