Having lived in this park for several years, I have seen quite a few changes. Almost a rural area has turned into a very busy and growing community. Even with the growth booming around it, Fiesta Grove is a pleasant, clean, and comfortable place to call home. Nature trails are convenient, kayaking, and biking are very popular here. The laundry has great washer and dryers, pool is maintained well and bathroom areas are very spacious. I recommend this park as a final, or temporary home away from home.
I have been coming to Fiesta Grove for 5 years. I'm sad but the resort is going downhill. The bathrooms are poorly maintained. The laundry room is a mess. The heated pool is only heated when someone decides too. There are many issues here. Management has brought a lot of drama to the park. The maintenance and office managers have a hard time dealing with people. They have become rude and condescending. I will not be returning because anyone can see that they are running the park into the ground.
This is a tough review for me to make. We like staying here - it’s small enough to be comfortable but large enough to maintain some privacy if that what you want. There are many activities and something is going on in the clubhouse almost all the time. There is a nice pool. Our plan was to spend 3 months here when we retired. Our first winter was great.
