Over a month ago I had my truck in for service and posted a negative review. The owner was quick to respond and give me managements number to make it right. I called that number and a man named Steve called and left me a voice mail. I returned his call and left my name and number and he has never returned my call. Came in to diagnose it $169 regarding 3 misfires codes and coolant issue. I highly doubt I need a new engine, my car runs very well and it has not overheated. This is ridiculous they are telling me it’s 11k, in this economy everyone is struggling I can’t afford a new engine, I think my car would’ve needed a new one if it wasn’t turning on or moving. A few months ago my 2 year old ford edge navigation system started to go haywire so I brought it to the ford dealer in Indio. They told me it was broke and I had to replace it for $1300. I told them "no thanks". For there "diagnosis" of the problem they charged me $160. About a week later my battery went dead and AAA replaced it. Guess what. The navigation was working again.
