Horrible customer service. The senora seemed bothered to have to work.
This is our go-to party supply store. We’ve called them for large tent, table, chairs, and jumper rentals. They’ve always been kind and accommodating. There was one time the jumper wasn’t as sturdy as others and they were even willing to come and exchange it for us the same day. It’s also been very convenient that they typically drop off the day before and pick up the day after.
Called to Order Chairs the night before my party, the lady was super nice they had the chairs available ($0.75 ea.) they were delivered 1hr later on friday night and picked up Sunday evening. Chairs were clean and well taken care of. Great experience ☆☆☆☆☆
