Pésimo servicio y no supieron poder resolver mi problema o simplemente aceptar mi petición. Tuve que llamar directamente a mi seguro de auto y sin ningún problema y ninguna exigencia me resolvieron mi problema. Mi gente se supone que ustedes estar para facilitarnos las cosas no para hacerlo más difícil cambien para que lS personas les de gusto llegar a un lugar donde pueden ser ayudados de cualquier form . This company has had my son’s car for now going on 2 weeks, with no kind of communication. Progressive had to research and find my son’s car. This insurance company had no idea where my son’s car was totaled to . There is not a real person to speak with claim has been since Jan 2, kwesi is the adjuster progressive has call the supervisor.
