This company has had my son’s car for now going on 2 weeks, with no kind of communication. Progressive had to research and find my son’s car. This insurance company had no idea where my son’s car was totaled to . There is not a real person to speak with claim has been since Jan 2, kwesi is the adjuster progressive has call the supervisor.
