I had a full coverage insurance with such company and when I had my neighbor idk who scratched my car with a key. I went to their office to file a claim and instead of being helped I was given a number to call that did not answer or work and i still have my car scratched from rear bumper to front fender and side doors. I lost trust in car insurance companies they a scam..
