THEY LOSE PEOPLE’S PERSONAL DOCUMENTS!!!!! PIERDEN LOS DOCUMENTOS PERSONALES DE LA GENTE!!!!!! My husband went to get his ITIN Number for his first time here and they asked him for his passport along with other personal documents to send to Las Vegas apparently to get this process done!
