I called and was answered by Brianna. She was very helpful and very patient with me and my questions. She answered all of them and helped me obtain my policy. I am grateful for her professionalism and how she explained all the information clearly.
I had Fiesta Auto Insurance for a year, and I wouldn't recommend it. They have numerous fees for everything. For instance, if you want to remove a car from your policy, they charge you $25—only in cash, or else there's an additional fee for using a card. If you don’t opt for autopay, you’ll face another monthly fee on your policy. Those are just some of the charges I encountered, and I can only imagine what else they might be billing for.
