The insurance itself is okay they work with third-party insurers and offer a variety of plans with decent prices .The only two people with good interpersonal skills and efficient at their job is Raul tax preparer (owner) and Steven that helps with insurance payments. Everyone else needs retraining on personal information and communication. Unfortunately, me and my husband Had a bad experience with one of the ladies that works there. This place is garbage. They gave me a policy through triton general and for the past several months my autopay payment has not gone through for who knows what reasons but I have had to pay a late fee every time because somebody can’t do their job correctly
