Did my taxes on a Saturday. Told I needed to come back Monday to sign and that I would be called and told when. No call all morning. Went by at 2PM, the person I needed to see was not going to be there until 3:30PM. No call. Went back and 6PM. The person I needed to see DID NOT COME IN. No call to tell me. I had to go in to find out. I am out of town the rest of the week, so - my taxes (return) are delayed a week. Don't pay them until they complete everything.
