Horrible customer service and over charge when getting new policy the company is a complete rip off. I would advise you not to use this company. The women at both locations are a complete scam and don’t care about there customers. They never answer phones like they are under staff. Every time I go there. A new employees there must be a problem with who is running the show. I suggest you to thing twice before going to fiesta

This place so unprofessional, a place that didn't care about a customers only profits. Seriously bad customer services even tho I've been going to them for the last 3 years. I regret coming here because they been trying very hard to avoid helping with this issue for a measly refund, I don't really care so much about the refund they can keep it. This is one of many of the top worst companies in CA. They probably have many more companies associated with them as well. Well for starters I made an appointment on a Thursday, since I had to be out of the country after Labor Day. Well I worked specifically with a so called trained tax preparer. She led me on with the impression that she had my best Interest in mind. She gave me advice on specific deductions I can take.
