CONSUMER BEWARE!!! The woman who claims to be a stylist cancelled my daughter’s appointment because she was not prepared to begin at the scheduled appointment time. She sent a changed appointment message via email and never explained as to why! Upon arriving at the scheduled appointment time, she was still working on a previous client. I asked if my daughter could sit and wait until her appointment time because I had another scheduled task. She stated that was fine. I recently had the most incredible experience with my hairstylist Nikki! From the moment I walked in, she was ready to start, right on time – no waiting around. It was such a relief to be greeted promptly and taken care of immediately. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, which made the entire appointment so relaxing. This is the best hairstylist hands down! Professionalism at its best and I will definitely be having my hair styled at this shop. So glad I found this place and I highly recommend them to everyone who needs a good hairstylist.

I was so upset with how the lady treated me. I booked my appointment for a $2 fee for 12:00 pm. I arrived a little early and decided to come inside to just inform my appointment was at 12 which she told me she moved my appointment to 1:30 pm. I never received a text or notification that said that. I told her I received no update and just simply told her that how come It’s a $25 fee if I’m 15 minutes late but you move my appointment a whole hour and thirty minutes later.
