Best way to get back into movement / fitness after having a baby. Felt encouraged, safe and comfortable with Chantelle. She helped me regain confidence in my body and my abilities, while being considerate of pre-existing issues I had. Chantelle is amazing!
Chantelle is an AMAZING trainer, who works with you, constantly challenging you to do your absolute best in a safe, fanily friendly, and supportive environment. She has inspired both myself and my toddler daughter to improve our strength, health and fitness! Highly recommend.
I joined Chantelle in Oct 2019 and it’s been an amazing journey! She’s always supportive and changes and challenges you to achieve your best! Nothing is too big or small and she adds personal touches to all her workouts and children are welcomed and supported to be involved!! I love how much the workouts are changed and always personal and just how supportive chantelle is! Wonderful mumma, pt and lady and enjoy our workouts so much :) xx
