The best trainers in Miami!!! I love FMB it has help me keep my body on point and classes are so much fun and filled with lots of support and good vibes . Kathy is amazing she will help you get to your goals and always very encouraging! Once you start you will never want to leave because of the amazing results !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I have been attending this gym for over a year, and it has changed my life. The atmosphere, the coaches, the the other people who attend, all come together to make a magical place. This gym is the perfect place for any type of person (beginner, intermediate, advanced) everyone is included in the workout sessions because the coaches will always remember your persona and progress. 10/10 recommend; for anyone who is thinking about joining, the answer is yes.
Love this gym! The employees are super kind and understanding, and the enviroment is overall very positive, the people there create a great mental space for everyone there, very supportive . The schedule is very flexible and they even have boxing lessons. Kathy even offers a cafesito when u go in ❤️🥰 highly recommended
