Tyler was very knowledgable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. The grounds and buildings were very clean and well taken care of.
Since I moved in there have been maintenance issues, I have had more issues here in a month than I have had ever in my renting history combined. My apartment was not move in ready, so now I have to rearrange my schedule and push around my move-in to accommodate maintenance. The maintenance issues have all been relatively major issues. And my move in process was a nightmare, absolutely no communication. Last note - there are spiders everywhere.
We’ve been lucky to call this place home for the past five years, and it’s been a meaningful part of our lives. This apartment was our first home together, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the surrounding grounds made it easy to enjoy daily walks with our dogs through the connected neighborhoods.
