Good staff, we had a couple of issues at first about a year ago but now The Mimi has settled in and is enjoying her time there as they have many activities for the community and the staff has been competent.
What a beautiful facility.
Keep looking. Mom has been there since October. At first it was not too bad for her. But lately every time I visit she wants to go home when I leave. Seems like the rules change to suit their needs. Was told the visiting hours flexible. Now I can only visit from 9am to 5pm. Not happy. Neither Mom or myself. Well Since I last commented Mom has passed away. She died in the facility around 3:30 am on a Sunday morning. I received no notice from the facility at all. Only to be told when I went to visit her that morning. And to ad... read more
If you are thinking of putting your loved one into a memory care, do not choose this facility. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The office staff are extremely unprofessional with their nursing staff and treat them like garbage and run them dry. Horrible place.
