I have personal experience with this campus; there are some wonderful people who really care for the residents who reside there and I would recommend Ciel to anyone. I especially know the dining staff at Ciel Senior Living Tri-Cities Memory Care go out of their way to make sure every resident's dietary preferences are honored. It’s a really good place to live my grandma lives here and the caregivers are wonderful
Their higher ups in the staffing department is a disgrace they give little to no care for their employees and it’s a shame that they feel that this is ok
Keep looking. Mom has been there since October. At first it was not too bad for her. But lately every time I visit she wants to go home when I leave. Seems like the rules change to suit their needs. Was told the visiting hours flexible. Now I can only visit from 9am to 5pm. Not happy. Neither Mom or myself.
