I’ve tried four of their flavors and like all of them. If you are new to kombucha and don’t want a lot of punch, the mildest of them was the Cranberry. The most surprisingly good was the chamomile. The flowers react with the skoby to generate lots of natural carbonation so it was far more interesting than a bedtime chamomile tea! Earthy Beet is exactly that. I purchased a can of strawberry rhubarb kombucha at Pivotal Brewing Co. The kombucha was not carbonated at all. The flavor was very mild, and it tasted almost watered-down. At $6.50 a can, I would not recommend.
Tried this brand at vegtoberfest and loved it!! Taste fresh and crisp. I personally bought the spicy ginger flavor and i must say...not too spicy, with the perfect amount of ginger flavor. My daughter loves all the flavors, with her personal favorite being the apple.
