Everyone I spoke with is very respectful and after reading the reviews I have no doubt they provide an exemplary service and products. I was a little frustrated that I was told I am outside their service area when they service an area less than 15/20 miles away from me. Thank you.
Very satisfied with Larry the Master technician and owner who serviced our gas log fireplace. Thought it might need a new thermocoupler but Larry explained that the pilot light was out because of the log arrangement over the flame had basically smothered out the pilot due to lack of oxygen. Apparently, this is a built in safety feature. Feel like Larry saved us some money here and I appreciate his honesty and expertise. Definitely recommend this company.
