My mother in law passed away June 19th and we have yet to be able to access her funds! We gave them all the information they originally asked for and now they need even more stuff done before we are able to get this money needed to pay her outstanding bills! Almost 2 months!! My husband is executor of her estate and that doesn’t matter! It’s beyond ridiculous and I would never use a credit union like them!!!!!! Avoid at all costs.

How ridiculous of you to be calling your customers and asking for loan repayments directly from the stimulus checks, how ridiculously tasteless. scrubbing the bottom of the barrel hard aye? how about assisting people during this time? no way in hell I would ever suggest any one to open an account with these people. returning stimulus checks that the irs authorized to some ones account, no corporate number to contact, all done locally, so if you get screwed over they will just tell you, "uh well, there is nothing we can do" d... read more
Allie is by far the best loan girl ever. Everybody there is awesome and helpful. Highly recommended.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK!! The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. And if you open an account you will not get a debit card for months and months. They will have a million excuses why but yet never fix it. Just an all-around terribly ran establishment. Do yourself a favor and go bank somewhere else!
