I made an appointment week ago online using fieldstone website. Showed up to our 3pm at 230pm for our scheduled tour with my 89 yrs old father that lives 60 away from Olympia. Front counter lady kept her back to us fileing and paper shredding and stating we had no appt. I tried to show her the email confirmation wasn't interested.
